A CUWAS favourite returns for another year – our Crazy Cask tasting! The kind of cask a whisky ages in is one of the most important influences on its final flavour profile, and in this tasting we’ll introduce you to some of the more unusual or exciting options on the market. A whisky finished in a rum barrel? Could be. Tequila cask? Yes please! Basically anything goes as long as it’s not sherry of bourbon. This is always one of the most interesting tastings of the year, so we hope you can join us to broaden your whisky horizons!
