Come join us for our “Independently Brilliant” tasting, 13 November at 8 P.M. in the Tower Room at Selwyn college. We will be tasting whisky from multiple independent bottlers. These bottlers purchase part, or all, of a distillation run from a “standard” distillery, and either age or blend it themselves, in order to achieve a specific taste profile.
