Blind Tasting

Friday, 9th February at 8pm in the Tower Room at Selwyn College

Often we can tell what to expect from a whisky given its age, its type, its providence and this gives us expectations as to what we’d expect from the whisky. Tasting the whiskies blind challenges us not to focus on all this extraneous information and instead focus solely on the flavours of the whisky. This in turn will allow us to better appreciate the subtleties of and differences between each whisky.
